M Square Homes

M Square Homes brings together over 25 years of building experience under one name. Over the past two and a half decades, our team has delivered more than 20 projects across Kerala, spanning residential villas and commercial spaces for national brands including Tata Motors, Skoda, Ashok Leyland and Jawa. That experience, built project by project, is what M Square Homes now carries forward. Our residential work reflects the same approach we bring to every project: thoughtful design, honest construction, and a focus on spaces people are genuinely happy living in. Address Villas in Vazhakkala, our completed Spanish designer pool villa community, and One Meridian, our new launch in Vennala, are built on that same foundation. Led by Shamier Marickar as CEO and Zayed Marickar as Director, M Square Homes is guided by the belief that a home should be built to last, and built by people who stand behind their work. Over 1000 families have made a home with us. We look forward to building the next one with you.
